I think we shall do improvement with the mob arena classes.
Here is my suggestions:

Tank:

Diamond Leggings

Mage:
Chain Helmet
Leather Chestplate
Leather Leggings
Iron Boots
Iron Sword: Fire Aspect I
20 Golden Apples
5 Potion of regeneration

Witchdoctor:
Diamond Helmet
Golden Chestplate
Iron Leggins
Leather Boots
3 Stacks of potion of healing
3 Stacks of potion of harming
2 Stacks of potion of swiftness
2 Stacks of potion of strength
1 Stack of potion of poison
1 Stack of potion of regeneration
Stone Sword

Archer:
Chain Helmet
Iron Chestplate
Iron Leggins
Chain Boots
Stone Sword: Knockback I
Bow: Punch I
4 Stacks of arrows
20 Golden Apples

And i thought we could give a chance for some new classes.
